April Elections - Don't Forget to Vote!
Electronic and paper ballots for April elections – including OSB and ABA House of Delegates elections and a membership vote on military advertising in the OSB Bulletin – are due on Fri., April 13. Election results will be posted on the OSB website on April 16.
If you have not voted yet and are voting electronically, login to the OSB website
and access your ballot at the top of the page. If you have questions or if you

Nominations Sought for OSB Board of Governors
The bar is currently seeking candidates for the OSB Board of Governors. There are three board positions open to active bar members: two in region 5 (Multnomah County) and one in region 6 (Clackamas, Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties). The filing deadline is May 8, 2007.

Wallace P. Carson, Jr. Award for Judicial Excellence Luncheon
In recognition of his exemplary contributions to Oregon's judiciary, the bar is pleased to announce the creation of the Wallace P. Carson, Jr. Award for Judicial Excellence. The award recognizes a current or retired state court or federal judge who has made significant contributions to the judicial system and who is a model of professionalism, integrity and judicial independence.
Please join us in honoring Justice Carson and in celebrating the commencement
