Pending OSB Member Reinstatements



The following attorneys have filed an application for reinstatement as an active member of the Oregon State Bar pursuant to Rule of Procedure (BR) 8.1:

    Marjolaine J. Davis of Portland, Oregon, was admitted to the Oregon State Bar on March 24, 2006, after graduating from Southwestern University School of Law. Ms. Davis transferred to inactive status on January 5, 2011. Ms. Davis is an inactive member of the State Bar of California.

  • Brian Otis Felder of Los Angeles, CA; #044864

    Brian Otis Felder of Los Angeles, California, was admitted to the Oregon State Bar on October 6, 2004, after graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Felder transferred to inactive status on January 26, 2006. Mr. Felder is licensed to practice law in Washington, California, Hawaii, Alaska, and the District of Columbia.

  • Kristopher Kevin Gray of Ottawa Hills, OH; #106577

    Kristopher Kevin Gray of Ottawa Hills, Ohio, was admitted to the Oregon State Bar on December 1, 2010, after graduating from University of Toledo School of Law. Mr. Gray transferred to inactive status on December 16, 2011.

  • Darcy Arriola Kindschy of Vale, OR; #973044

    Darcy Arriola Kindschy of Vale, Oregon, was admitted to the Oregon State Bar on September 15, 1997, after graduating from the University of Idaho School of Law. Ms. Kindschy transferred to inactive status on January 7, 2013. Ms. Kindschy is an inactive member of the Idaho State Bar.

    Michael Stephenson of Oakland, California, was admitted to the Oregon State Bar on September 25, 2008, after graduating from the University of Oregon Law School. Mr. Stephenson transferred to inactive status on January 24, 2014. Mr. Stephenson is also licensed to practice law in California.



The Rules of Procedure require the Board of Governors to conduct an investigation of BR 8.1 reinstatement applications to determine whether applicants possess the good moral character and general fitness to practice law and whether the resumption of the practice of law in this state by the applicants will not be detrimental to the administration of justice or the public interest.
