THE WORKERS’ COMPENSATION BOARD intends to fill two Administrative Law Judge positions in the Portland Hearings Division. The position involves conducting workers’ compensation and OSHA contested case hearings, making evidentiary and other procedural rulings, analyzing complex medical, legal, and factual issues, and issuing written decisions which include findings of fact and conclusions of law. Compensation includes a starting salary in the range of $5,704 - $6,277 per month plus State benefits including employer contribution toward a variety of medical, dental and vision plans, option for life insurance and disability insurance and a retirement plan.
