Bankruptcy Law is an authoritative treatise on the substance and procedure of Oregon bankruptcy law. With the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act, which opens a new era in bankruptcy law and practice, many changes have taken effect since the last update in 1999.
