Bankruptcy Law 2007 Supplement
Bankruptcy Law is an authoritative treatise on the substance and procedure of Oregon bankruptcy law. With the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act, which opens a new era in bankruptcy law and practice, many changes have taken effect since the last update in 1999. The 2007 supplement incorporates these changes and will soon be available for purchase.
