You are entitled to an initial consultation of up to 30 minutes for a maximum fee of $50. [If you are not in Oregon, however, we cannot guarantee the $50 consultation fee.] You must be prepared to pay the lawyer at the time of your consultation. Any additional fees must be arranged between you and the lawyer. The referral service does not set a limit on the fees charged beyond the initial consultation. The Lawyer Referral Service does not have any pro bono or free attorneys -- all of our attorneys do charge for their services. We are usually able to reply to your request within one business day.
