Delegate resolutions for the 2024 House of Delegates Annual Meeting must be presented in writing to the Oregon State Bar Chief Executive Officer on or before 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 17, 2024 (45 days prior to the meeting).
Each resolution must include the submitting delegate's name, the text of the resolution in a format as shown below, a background statement, and whether the resolution has a financial impact on the Oregon State Bar.
If the resolution has a financial impact, a detailed evaluation of such impact must also be provided. Resolutions may be submitted electronically to the Executive Assistant at cdyke@osbar.org. The format for resolutions is available here.
