OSB Referral Request Form



Thank you for your interest in the Oregon State Bar Online Lawyer Referral Service. Filling out the form below will allow you to request a lawyer to help you with your problem. You are entitled to an initial consultation of up to 30 minutes for a maximum fee of $35. [If you are not in Oregon, however, we cannot guarantee the $35 consultation fee.] You must be prepared to pay the lawyer at the time of your consultation. Any additional fees must be arranged between you and the lawyer. The referral service does not set a limit on the fees charged beyond the initial consultation. The Lawyer Referral Service does not have any pro bono or free attorneys -- all of our attorneys do charge for their services. We are usually able to reply to your request within one business day.



All information provided will be treated as confidential communications made for the purpose of facilitating the rendering of professional legal services to you and/or the client. We will preserve the confidentiality of all such information unless otherwise required by law.
