Legal Issues for Older Adults
An Oregon Legal Information and Reference Guide

A large percentage of our population is growing older. As a result, older adults need information on many issues such as health care, wills, housing, property management, age discrimination and much more.

Oregon's legal community continues to recognize this need with the printing of this third edition of Legal Issues for Older Adults: An Oregon Legal Information and Reference Guide (formerly titled Senior Law Handbook). This publication provides understandable and comprehensive information to literally guide families through a number of legal topics. In addition, it provides cross-references, glossaries and resource lists to direct readers to other sources of information.

To purchase a copy for $10, contact the Oregon State Bar Order Desk at (503) 620-0222 or (800) 452-8260, ext. 0. You may also download the entire (5MB) document, or each chapter individually in Adobe PDF format. A link to the free reader follows.
