All Oregon Statutes dealing with real property tax exemptions refers to a “Corporation,” thereby excluding non profit real estate transactions. Statute needs to be modified to allow tax exemptions in non-profit real estate transactions
HB 2293 Oregon State inheritance tax fix necessary in light of Oregon’s disconnect from Federal tax system. Section is also drafting administrative rules for reporting estate elections unique to Oregon-inheritance tax changes
